May 20th, Dr. Neveen El-Farra, Associate Dean of David Geffen School of Medicine, Dr. Ren Sun, Associate Dean of David Geffen School of Medicine and Dr. Mike Burke, from Business Development at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) visited Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Dr. Zhouwen Chen, Associate Dean for International Affairs, Dr. Hong Zhang, Assistant Dean for International Affairs, Ms. Lingxiao Xu, Director, Office of Medical Education, Dr. Fang Yu, Head of the Center of Faculty Development, Dr. Liang Xia, Head of MD Program from Zhejiang University School of Medicine played the host.

During the meeting, the two sides had a deep discussion regarding the current Medical Education in both universities. Since ZUSM established cooperation with UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine in 2005, two schools have carried out full and fruitful exchanges and cooperation in medical education, student exchanges and clinical cooperation. Duirng the visit, the delegation also attended the 120^th Anniversary of Zhejiang University and visited the 2^nd Affiliate Hospital.
