December 15th, Prof. Minghao Zheng, the vice dean from Faculty of Medicine and Ms. Milly Ingate, the associate director of International Relationships at the University of Western Australia visited Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Prof. Zhi Chen who is the executive dean, Prof. Xiaoming Li who is the associate dean, Dr. Zhouwen Chen who the associate dean for international affairs and Prof. Hong Zhang who is the assistant dean played the host.
During the discussion, the two sides reached consensus on the curriculum of the joint 5-year clinical medicine program and also talked about the possibility of collaboration in faculty training and student elective program. The delegation also met with the students who participated in the summer school program at UWA in 2016, and the students gave their feedback to the organizers. After the meeting, the delegation also had a tour to the First Affiliated Hospital and the Affiliated Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine.
