April 13th, the delegation from Maastricht University visited Zhejiang University School of Medicine. The five people delegation included Prof.dr. Harry W.M. Steinbusch who is a professor in Cellular Neuroscience and Mr. Twan Beurskens who is the Vice-Governor of the Dutch Province of Limburg. Prof. He Huang, the associate dean, Prof. Stijn van der Veen and Prof. Aimin Bao played the host.
After listening to a brief introduction to Zhejiang University School of Medicine given by Prof. He Huang, Prof.dr. Harry W.M. Steinbusch expressed that he was impressed by the size of ZUMS as well as the speed of its development. He also showed his strong willingness to establish a mutual beneficial joint education program. In the end, Prof. He Huang on behalf of ZUSM and Prof.dr. Harry W.M. Steinbusch on behalf of Maastricht University signed an official MOU, which indicates that the two sides will establish collaboration in medical education, scientific research and clinical medicine. After the meeting, a presentation was given by Prof.dr. Harry W.M. Steinbusch to the faculties and students of ZUSM．
